Local Government and First Nations: Understanding and Sharing Land Use Frameworks Facilitation Guide
In November 2018, the LGMA held a pilot workshop in Campbell River called Local Government & First Nations Workshop: Understanding and Sharing Land Use Frameworks. Staff from several local governments and staff & elected officials from First Nations in the region participated, and many also provided evaluation feedback afterwards. This facilitation guide incorporates the lessons learned from that pilot, and is intended to empower other regions to hold their own similar workshops.
