Standard 8' x 10' Exhibit Booth Fees:

early bird pricing: $2,480.50 + GST until April 30, 2026

regular pricing: $2,722.50 + GST starting May 1, 2026

Pricing for additional exhibitors: $412.50 + GST


Four Connection Corners:

Double wide, 8' x 20' prime space booths located within the middle of the floor comes with soft seating.

$3,236.75 + GST before May 26, 2026


Exhibitors are responsible for hard-wired internet connection and exhibitor decor.
