The LGMA's Annual Conference and Trade Show will take place in Victoria, June 11-12, 2024. Take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your products to 250+ accessible local government professionals who are keen to meet in person. Elements of the conference program are built around the Trade Show ensuring one-on-one time with local government attendees. During the scheduled Trade Show hours, exhibitors are encouraged to engage delegates by offering product demos or samples.

15 Standard Exhibitor Booths plus Four 'Connection Corners'. Double-wide exhibit space with soft seating on prime locations on the Trade Show floor. Register early to avoid disappointment.

Exhibitor Pricing includes TWO Exhibitors

Standard Exhibit Booth Pricing:

$2,050 + GST before February 29, 2024

$2,250 + GST starting March 1

Four Connection Corners: 

$2,675 + GST before February 29, 2024

$2,850 + GST starting March 1

Review the Trade Show exhibitor info package, floor plan, and register online before May 28, 2024. Booth placements are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to Register

Registration is provided through LGMA MyAccount. To register, you will need to create a personal profile for all employees attending the trade show within your organization. Once each profile is set-up, one person can register all employees together on one invoice. 

• Under the ‘events’ tab, select the LGMA 2024 Trade Show Registration link and add this event to your cart.
• Select standard booth purchase or connections corner and provide your booth placement preference using the notes section on the registration form. 
• Select the green button to ‘add another person’ to your invoice to identify staff who will be attending the trade show in-person as ‘Exhibitor 1 and Exhibitor 2’.
• Payment is made by cheque or credit card and will not be processed until May 28.
