Administrative Professionals Conference

Finding Common Ground

November 5-7, 2025

Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel, Richmond, BC


If you are an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, Supervisor, Clerk or Front-line staff working in BC local or First Nations government organizations, this conference has been designed for you. Opportunities to network with peers, discuss important issues of common concern and develop strategies to address them, plus a few wellness activities will be included.

2025 Program Fees:

Early Bird Rate until September 30, 2025: $962.50 + GST

Regular Rate starting October 1, 2025:  $1,017.50 + GST


Hotel Accommodations:

LGMA has negotiated a group rooming block of $285 + taxes per night.

$500 Travel Grant:

Through financial support from Lidstone & Company Law Corporation, one grant in the amount of $500 is available for eligible local government and First Nation professionals travelling to the Admin Conference.
