This could cover four people from the same organization for four full days each, eight people for two days each, or 16 people for one day each.
Takers could also build a conference "team" with representatives from the business, government, nonprofit, and academic communities. They could perhaps go in with a challenge they'd like to address, and then meet after to discuss opportunities for creative and collaborative problem-solving.
