Human Resource Workshop - June 3, 2010

Back by popular demand the Local Government Management Association is pleased to
announce that an additional Human Resources Workshop will be held in Cranbrook from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort Thursday, June 3rd.

This is a repeat of the very popular Human Resources workshop series held earlier in the
spring and heavily attended in Kelowna, Richmond, Prince George and Victoria.
Evaluations for those sessions were excellent!

Presenters from the law firm of Heenan Blaikie will address:
  • Privacy Legislation
  • The Duty to Accommodate/Disability Management
  • Downsizing strategies for Union and Non-Union employees
  • Municipal Bargaining Issues and Strategies
  • Progressive Discipline/Conducting Disciplinary Interviews

Cost: $185 plus GST (includes lunch)
