2015 Labour Negotiations Workshop

FOR CAOS, CORPORATE OFFICERS, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS AND OTHER EXEMPT SENIOR MANAGERS, WHO NEED TO KNOW THE INS AND OUTS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT NEGOTIATIONS AND BARGAINING - THIS WORKSHOP IS INTENDED FOR YOU!

No matter the size of your local government, if you have a unionized work force, negotiating collective agreements is a critical responsibility for you, as the leader of your organization, and highly dependent on the relationship you have developed with your union counterpart. Negotiating a collective agreement can alter how effectively you and your management team can manage your workplace.

This three-day workshop, led by renowned labour negotiator and skilled facilitator Mohamed Doma, will give you insights into the complexities of the collective bargaining process and help you become a more successful negotiator, able to move discussions from a position of resistance and opposing demands to a position of mutual agreement and a concluded collective agreement.
