2018 Conference Tradeshow

May 15-17, 2018, Victoria Conference Centre


Plan to exhibit at LGMA's Annual Conference and Tradeshow in beautiful Victoria, BC, and showcase your company to over 300 BC local government decision makers face to face!


Exhibitor Booth Costs and Exhibitor Delegate Passes

The tradeshow will take place at the Victoria Conference Centre on the Carson Hall located on the second floor. Tradeshow Hours are:

  • Tuesday, May 15, 5 - 7 p.m. (President's Welcome Reception and Tradeshow Kick-off)
  • Wednesday, May 16, 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 17, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Booth preference will be assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Exhibitor Pricing:

Standard Exhibitor Package includes booth space and one 'Exhibitor Delegate Pass'.

  • Early Bird Price $1645 +GST before March 23, 2018
  • Regular Price is $1705 +GST after March 23, 2018

Additional 'Exhibitor Delegate Passes' are $675+GST before March 23; $735+GST after March 23, 2018.

  • If you plan to have more than one person at your booth at all times, you will need to purchase an additional Exhibitor Delegate Pass. You may purchase up to four additional passes. All Exhibitor Delegate Passes provide access to all meals and educational sessions. Each person working at a booth must wear their official conference name tag as it serves as your ‘Exhibitor Delegate Pass’ to all meals, receptions and educational sessions.
  • To accommodate those who may be staffing their booths in shifts, exhibitor delegate passes are transferable at the conference for the tradeshow floor only. Name being transferred need to be submitted in advance to the LGMA office@lgma.ca  Please note: that a single exhibitor delegate pass entitles attendance by one representative to one meal function only.  Additional meal tickets can also be purchase if required.

Standard Exhibitor Package Includes:

  • 1 x Exhibitor Delegate Pass (provides access to all meals, receptions, and educational sessions)
  • 8’ x 10’ draped space (8' back wall and 3' side wall)
  • 1 x 6’ skirted table and two padded folding chairs
  • A single electrical outlet - 750 watt, 7 amp (1 plug)
  • A listing of your organization in delegate information packages
  • The option to place a one page insert and a small promotional give-away in the delegate packages (300 copies)

Events on the Move is the official supplier for shipping, customs brokerage, material handling and advance warehouse storage for the 2018 Tradeshow.  Please review Events on the Move Service Order Forms for details and confirm your shipping request by May 4, 2018. Booth display materials must be received at the Advance Warehouse between April 13 - May 9, 2018. The Victoria Conference Centre will NOT store exhibit display materials or printed materials on-site.

Hotel Accommodations have been made at the Fairmont Empress Hotel, which is adjacent to the Victoria Conference Centre. Special conference rates are offered at $219 plus taxes.
