Policy 005: Administrative Operations
POLICY STATEMENT:
It is the policy of the LGMA to review its administrative operations annually.
POLICY BACKGROUND:
In September of 1987 the Board of Directors called for a review of the operations of the LGMA office by the Executive. Subsequent ad hoc reviews have taken place at irregular intervals.
POLICY GOAL:
It is the goal of this policy to provide for an annual review by the Board of Directors of the administrative operations of the LGMA and its Executive Director.
POLICY OBJECTIVES:
- To schedule a performance review of the Executive Director and administrative operations prior to the last meeting of the Board of Directors in each year.
- To ensure LGMA staff accountability to the Board of Directors.
