Kathy Young
Kathy is the Director of Finance for the Town of View Royal. Her career in local government began after the successful completion of her Certified General Accountant designation 1992.
Kathy spent many years at the Director of Finance for the District of Lillooet her work experience also includes Airport Manager, Acting Director of Recreation and Acting Chief Administrative Officer. She has also had the opportunity to take on projects such as 'Music in the Park', rebuilding of a break-water and floating dock, restoration of the Miyazaki Heritage House, and organization of the Community Forums that are held between the District of Lillooet and six local St'át'imc Communities.
